CURRENT PERSONAL PROJECT
Halo: Reach - Reach Spartan
- I give a quote as to around how much the commission will be. (Components, detailing, wigs, other accessories, etc, will make the price vary)
- Then I require measurements. If you're in Calgary, AB, we can arrange a meet-up. If ordering a full fursuit, I require you make and mail me a DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) of yourself along with slippers of your liking for footpaws.
- A 30% a deposit amount is required. This will cover the cost of the materials.
- Once done, I send you pictures (or a meet-up so you can try it on and such to make sure it fits). If any fixing or adjustments are needed, I will do that.
- Once you are completely happy with it, then I require the rest of the payment
- Enjoy your costume!
- All pieces must be paid in full before I begin work
- QUEUE ORDER Orders that have had been paid in full or a full deposit paid will be worked on first. Order that have been sitting queue (with no payment) after months will be taken off the list.
- PAYMENT I require a 30% deposit on all items before I will begin work. And they have to be paid in full before I will ship.
- DEADLINES If you have a deadline, please indicate so when ordering. If I agree to it, I will do my utmost best to have your work finished by this time. Unreasonable deadlines will not be accepted and changes to earlier deadlines will not be accepted one the order has been agreed to. The desire to accept a rush order is up to me (the artist) as are any fees charged for this service.
- CANCELLING/ORDERING COMMISSIONS I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage of the process, if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable. Once the order has been made and I have begun work (which includes having already ordered the fur) then no changes may be made to the commission.
Items quoted under $100 will need to be paid in full before starting work on.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you have not paid for the item within three (3) months of completion (unless otherwise agreed upon), I will sell it at auction and your deposit will not be returned.
Final payment can be done in smaller multiple payments. (ie sum is $1000, do five $200 payments)
If you wish to cancel your commission (for any reason), I will refund the balance and the deposit will not be returned.
If no reference art is provided for an original character, then I reserve the right to full artist license to create the character how I envision it (with only general guide lines given).
I also reserve the right to not accept certain orders and commissions. If a refuse a commission, I will always indicate why.
